Standard Cut instructions

For bulk product orders (1/4, 1/2, or whole cow), our standard cut instructions are shown below. If you want to specify custom cut instructions for our butcher, fill out the form found here.

STEAKS

All steaks are cut approximately one inch in thickness and are wrapped two steaks per package. Steaks include:

  • Rib Eye Steak
  • T-Bone Steak
  • Sirloin Steak
ROASTS

Roasts vary in size, but are typically are between two and four pounds per package. Roasts include:

  • Round Roast
  • Rump Roast
  • Shoulder Roast
OTHER CUTS
  • Short Ribs
  • Soup Bones
  • Stew Meat
GROUND BEEF

The remainder of your bulk purchase will be in ground beef. Ground beef is packed in one pound tubes.
