Standard Cut Instructions

For bulk product orders (1/4, 1/2, or whole cow), our standard cut instructions are shown below.  If you want to specify custom cut instructions for our butcher, fill out the form found here.

 

SteaksPack-2

All Steaks are cut approximately one inch in thickness and are wrapped two steaks per package.  Steaks include:

  • Rib Eye Steak
  • T-Bone Steak
  • Sirloin Steak

Roasts

Roasts vary in size but are typically are between two and four pounds per package. Roasts include:

  • Round Roast
  • Rump Roast
  • Shoulder Roast
  • Short Rib Roast

Ground Beef

The remainder of your bulk purchase will be in ground beef. Ground beef is packed in one pound tubes.
