Explain your product pricing.
At Pettit Pastures, all of our Grass fed beef is sold by the price per pound of the packaged meat. If you pay for ten pounds of beef, you get ten pounds of packaged beef. There are no extra butcher charges or hanging weights to try and figure out. We feel this is the simplest and most straight forward pricing method for the consumer.
When will I know my exact order amount?
Once final preparation of your order is complete, we will have the exact weight of your order and can calculate your order charge. Usually within 1 to 2 days, we will contact you with the final order amount and will arrange a delivery time and location with you.
When will my order be ready?
Bulk orders (quarter, half, whole cow) are available in the fall and spring. Quantities are limited, so secure your order with a deposit as soon as you know what you want. Individual orders, (steaks, roasts, etc.) which are in stock, are usually available within a few days from the receipt of your order.
How will I receive my product?
Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a time for you to pick up at our farm or a previously agreed upon location. We will contact you by email or phone, based on the preferred method you indicated when you completed your order. How will I pay for my order?
Please have a check or cash ready for the amount of your order at the time of delivery. Sorry we do not accept credit cards for payment at delivery.
